Our program equips you with essential life-saving skills while simultaneously enhancing your overall health and fitness. We emphasize real-world threats, enabling you to develop critical situational without the constraints of traditional techniques. Join us on Tuesdays at 6 PM, Thursdays at 5 PM, and Sundays at 5 PM to foster both spiritual and physical growth, all rooted in biblical principles that strengthen your faith and character.

Our Family Self Defense program goes beyond just teaching powerful self-defense techniques; it offers an excellent workout instilling vital life skills such as self-confidence, teamwork, perseverance and integrity. ​​Join our Krav Maga classes designed specifically for 3-6 year-old girls and boys! Your child will learn foundational skills to confidently face larger opponents while having fun and burning off energy. As they progress, they'll gain valuable tactics, strategies, and techniques to become bully-proof. Classes are held on Tuesdays at 4 PM and Fridays at 3 PM, where they'll not only learn self-defense but also improve balance, coordination, and self-esteem!

Welcome to our Homeschool Martial Arts Program! Our classes are designed to provide your child with a fantastic experience while enhancing their physical fitness and flexibility. We focus on teaching essential self-defense techniques in a supportive environment. Classes are open to children, teens, and parents, and held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 PM to 2 PM.
